Board Resolution / Consent Letter (for change in authorized signatory)
PAN & Aadhaar of new authorized signatory / partners / directors
Updated bank account proof (Cancelled Cheque / Statement)
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) – for Company / LLP

Login to GST Portal
Select Amendment of Registration under Services → Registration
Choose Core or Non-Core Fields for update
Upload necessary documents as proof
Submit using Digital Signature (DSC) / EVC
Application is verified by GST Officer
Approval and issue of amended GST Certificate
